This is the fact that every child caught Colds and flu, but by reducing the frequency if you handle them carefully. 

In this writeup, I will explain to you in a quite simple and easy way so that everyone can relate the same very easily.



1. Fruit and Vegetables like Oranges, Lemons, Clementine’s, Green leaves, berries, melons, pomegranate, peaches, apples, bananas, and mangoes, etc are wonderful for building immunity. Everyday fruits and vegetables should be part of their meals.

2. Breast milk feeds to your baby to set a solid foundation. It includes immunity-improving antibodies and white blood cells. Care For protects against ear infections, allergies, diarrhea, pneumonia, meningitis, urinary tract infections, and unexpected child death syndrome (SIDS). it may also improve your child's brainpower and help protect your child against insulin-dependent diabetes, Crohn's disease, colitis, and certain forms of cancer later in life. the thin yellow "pre-milk" that flows from the mother's breasts during the first few days after baby birth, is especially rich in disease-fighting antibodies.
That is why breast milk is very important for child overall development.

3. All types of grains are good for a child’s health and spices like Garlic, Ginger, Honey, Cinnamon, Turmeric, Flax Seed, Guanche, black pepper etc help to improve the child’s immunity.

4. Fish, Eggs, and Chicken you must include in your food habit.
Fish helps develop the immune system and is also food for the working brain. It includes Omega-3 fatty acids as well as other healthy fats, a must to increase the activity levels of body cells. You can build immunity in your child, give them macronutrients like proteins including milk protein, ovo protein as eggs and animal protein etc. The egg yolk is a storehouse of vital vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants
5. You can give nuts to your child like walnuts, almonds, cashews, pistachio, etc every day. You can grind of these nuts and use it in their regular meals.


6. Boost your child’s sleeping time: You may think, how much sleep do kids need? 
An infant may need up to 16 hours a day, 
toddlers need 11 to 14 hours, and 
pre-schoolers need 10 to 13 hours.

Yogurt has probiotics, the good bacteria that fight and stops colonization of bad bacteria in the stomach and is a great immune booster for children. You can give your child plain curd, flavored yogurt, raita, or lassi.


8. Try to hydrate your child by giving at least 2-3 liters liquid consumption every day which includes soups, milk, juices, coconut water, buttermilk, lemonade etc. Along with that give fresh lukewarm water regularly.

9. You should give all vaccination to your toddler; it will help your child to fight against various diseases.

10. Exercise is one of the wonderful ways to boost your child's immunity. Do together as a family physical activity about 45-60 minutes daily it will boost the immune system and gives several additional health benefits to your child.

11. Kids should spend some time under the sun in the first half of the day daily. This kind of activity helps them to make up for their daily intake of Vitamin D.

12. Avoid Sugar, Junk, and Oily Food. this kind of food weakens your immune system.

13. Give attention to the child’s hygiene. Your child should Wash/Sanitize hands before and after meals, after coming back from school or playground.
14. You can add Mushroom to your child’s meal, Mushroom are a most important source of the immune system boosting mineral—Like zinc. zinc helps to produce white blood cells to fight infections and improves immunity in your child. it helps in fighting against the common cold, flu, and other infections.
